What Property Managers need to know
This snowfall stayed north as predicted. Not much about it other than the really bad traffic. Plowable in many areas and most of the trigger amounts for shoveling being reached. The temperatures were still very warm so quite a bit of the snow on pavement and in turf areas melted quickly. Very little salt was necessary with this event because of the warm temps.
Have a great day!

Around 2:30 today, snow with beautiful, large flakes began moving from southwest to northeast across the metro. Accumulations of up to 1″ is possible this afternoon as the snow is sticking to the cold pavement. It will end by 4:30 with little or no plowing necessary but the commute home will be the awful.
