ELC Winter Event #3
FINAL RECAP 11/19/14
SNOW An unexpected little snowfall visited Tuesday night ending just before the commute on Wednesday morning. The radar-indicated totals you see to the right are a little high on this one. We didn’t see much more than ½” at the MSP Airport and throughout the metro. A little heavier to the east with blowing snow.
PLOWABLE? Most areas of the metro received ¼” to ½” of snow. Most areas, this was not a fully plowable event.
WINDS After this storm pushed through, a northwest wind raged causing blowing and drifting snows – especially on east sides of buildings.
