ELC Winter Event #9
This event did not end up switching from rain to snow as expected – temperatures stayed too warm. There were spotty flurries and minimal accumulations Christmas Eve and Christmas Day but nothing warranting service.

TONIGHT There is a slight chance of rain/snow and freezing drizzle tonight.
ICE Temps will hover around freezing tonight and tomorrow, dipping below freezing the afternoon of Christmas Day. Not much risk of ice/slick sidewalks at this point.
