snow total 11:26:15SNOW EVENT

GreaterMSP received the first snow accumulation of the 2015 season on Thanksgiving Day. It left accumulations around 1″ through the metro with heaviest totals in the southeast metro.

SERVICE

This event required very little service – if any. The snow melted on contact with the warmer pavement but accumulated lightly in the turf areas.

SALT

If any service was required, your provider may have salted lots and sidewalks to prepare for Friday work/shopping. As the temperatures dropped quickly Thursday evening, any wet pavement could have iced over.
